We’re making the most of our go-go years by combining slow travel with the kinds of trips we’ve always loved. Think endless summer, but instead of chasing summer, we’re chasing wildlife experiences. We decided to swap our traditional home base with a series of temporary homes around the world: comfortable, affordable places where we can settle in for a month or more, live relatively normally, and explore the surrounding area. We’ll punctuate those longer stays with extraordinary, wildlife-focused adventures that are often more expensive, more remote, or only possible at certain times of year.
The idea is simple.
Live slowly, spend thoughtfully, and splurge on the experiences that matter most to us.
